Red Squad Development Plan

Red Squad Swimmer's profile/ criteria:

May attend any one, two or all of the three training sessions provided a week 

Main Objectives: To improve fitness level and develop the skills of a swimmer

Sub-objectives:

  • Learning key concepts in training (warm up and cool down, stretching, hydration and nutrition).

Competitions: Although the focus is on training, competitions including open meets and club championships are available to any swimmer in this squad to attend.
